Tottenham Health Foods has been a family owned and operated business serving the community for over 20 years. Since opening in 1994 we have expanded twice, starting at 1,200 square feet to over 2,000 square feet.

All of our staff members have strong roots within the company. Rachel and Brian Bolton, owners of Tottenham Health Foods, have both worked at the store for over a decade. Having bought the store from Brian’s parents Harry and Rona Rempel, they hope to someday pass along the store to their young son Liam. Another part of our great team is Ann Heydon, who has worked for the store for over 15 years.

With the support of the local community we have expanded both our store and the product lines that we carry to meet the needs of our customers and will continue to do so in the years to come. We attribute our success to our loyal customers and have always made them our top priority. We are very thankful for their continued support.
